We also offer customised services, which are designed to meet the specific needs of each client.

See our Services section for more information.

Into which languages do we translate?

Basically, all languages.

Over the years, we have built up a large network of professionals, who are skilled in different languages, allowing us to offer tailored services in a wide range of language combinations.

See our Languages section for more information.

What sectors do we work in?

Our team consists of a vast network of professionals with extensive training, experience, and proven professionalism, who are skilled in different industries and areas of specialisation.

No matter in which sector you work, we can assist you!

What CAT tools do we use?

We work with the main CAT tools on the market, such as SDL Trados Studio, MemoQ, Wordfast, Memsource, XTM, Smartcat, Wordbee, Smartling, Xbench, and many others.

Our method adapts to the client’s needs, so we can use the translation tool that each project requires.

How do we protect personal data?

At Flexo Translations, we respect our clients’ confidentiality, so we guaranty that no personal or confidential data will be disclosed.

The only people with access to client documents are translators, proofreaders and our internal staff. Each of these individuals has signed a confidentiality agreement with Flexo Translations.

How do we quote for a project?

To prepare our quotes, we consider the subject of the text, its length, the word count, and the required delivery deadline. We also use CAT tools that allow us to identify word repetitions, and thus adjust the final price of the project.

Our quotations are sent without any obligation, so you can contact us and we will assist you with the whole process.

What is the purpose of a glossary or a translation memory?

Primarily, they serve to reduce costs in the final price. If similar content is translated, a glossary or a translation memory can be generated. These resources not only speed up delivery times but also help to reduce costs.

What is the method of payment?

Projects are usually paid by bank transfer once the budget is approved. Contact us and we will help you with any doubts you may have regarding payment.

What is the difference between translation and interpretation?

Translations work with texts (literary, commercial, legal, financial, etc.) and interpretation works with oral language. In interpreting, professionals interpret consecutively or simultaneously at conferences, courts and events or remotely to overcome language barriers.

What are our working hours?

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
